Recently Stream was commissioned to build a feedback system for the Beaurepaires website, allowing customers to provide instant feedback of their experiences with staff. This was done through an online form, each submission receiving some Fly Buys points in return.
All feedback is shown live on the website as a live feed, reporting is captured and returned to area managers, store managers and staff, making the whole business accountable for better service levels.
